NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE - Skydio Drones

The Town of Jupiter is seeking to purchase two additional drones, one outdoor long-range drone and one smaller, indoor drone, which will meet the needs of the police department. The drones must be compatible with the Axon Air ecosystem and meet specific requirements such as being NDAA Compliant, CJIS Compliant, and U.S. Manufactured. The purchase of these drones will be reimbursed by FDLE through the Drone Replacement Program Financial Assistance Agreement. Key features and requirements of the drones include: • Compatibility with Axon Air ecosystem • NDAA Compliant • CJIS Compliant • U.S. Manufactured • Ability to live stream through a portal on evidence.com database • Ability to download data recorded during flight through a cloud into evidence.com database Interested vendors should provide a written statement via email to the Town of Jupiter's Procurement Manager, Billie Hancock, referencing the Notice Number for the specific procurement and containing convincing technical data or experience sufficient to support that belief.
