RFQ 26-04666 for Splunk Licensing and Professional Services

The Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS) is seeking a vendor to provide Splunk licensing and professional services to support the Commonwealth's existing Splunk environment. The selected vendor will provide Splunk licensing, technical support, and continuous data optimization services. The vendor will work closely with the EOTSS Security Operations Center (SOC) and the Commonwealth's Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) to maintain the Splunk environment, support operational priorities, and improve platform performance. Some key aspects of the job include: * Providing Splunk licensing and managing the licensing required to support the Commonwealth's Splunk environment * Delivering technical support services to maintain the health, availability, and performance of the Splunk environment * Offering data optimization services to improve the quality, relevance, and cost-effectiveness of data ingested into Splunk * Collaborating with the EOTSS SOC and MSSP to support operational priorities and improve platform performance * Providing knowledge transfer and documentation to EOTSS personnel and other authorized service providers
