Description
This opportunity is a source sought synopsis for the provision of Physical Access Control System (PACS) upgrade and sustainment services for the Chillicothe VA Medical Center in Ohio. The contractor will be required to provide a service and maintenance agreement, which includes adjusting, repairing, and replacing any malfunctioning equipment, as well as answering service calls and providing startup and training for the VA staff. The contract will have a base year with one four-year option.
• The contractor must provide a capability statement and three customer references.
• The contractor must provide company name, address, point of contact, and size of business.
• The contractor must respond to questions regarding their business size and qualifications.
• The contractor must provide information on their teaming agreement, if applicable.
• The contractor must provide information on their subcontractors, if applicable.
