Description
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is seeking bids for water treatment filters maintenance, repair, and inspection services at the Centinela State Prison. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, supplies, materials, transportation, travel, and per diem necessary to perform the services. The contract term is expected to be approximately 3 years.
• The contractor must have the necessary qualifications and licensing requirements to perform the work.
• The contractor must provide a rate sheet with clear and legible figures.
• The contractor must submit a bid proposal that includes all required documents and information.
• The contractor must comply with all requirements and terms and conditions of the IFB.
• The contractor must provide a certificate of insurance and bonds as required.
• The contractor must comply with the DVBE participation requirements and provide documentation of DVBE participation.
• The contractor must comply with the Small Business Preference Program and provide documentation of small business participation.
