Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on other than full and open competition basis a manufacture sole source to Smartbear for the renewal of Smartbear software. The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted in Contract Opportunities on the SAM website. The contract is for a firm fixed price order, and the vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The contract requires the delivery of TestComplete PRO Bundle - Fixed License and TestComplete PRO Bundle - Floating License.
• The contract is for a period of one year, from 1/24/26 to 1/23/27.
• The vendor must provide the software licenses and ensure that they are compatible with the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system.
• The payment will be made by electronic funds transfer, and the vendor must submit invoices through the WAWF system.
• The contract includes clauses related to security prohibitions and exclusions, buy American and balance of payments program, and prohibition on certain procurements from the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region.
