25/26-02 LCC WIFI Replacement Project

Lane Community College is seeking proposals for the procurement of high-performance wireless hardware, related software, licensing, and integration services to deploy a modernized Wi-Fi network infrastructure. The project encompasses the College’s Main Campus at 4000 E. 30th Avenue, Eugene, Oregon 97405, as well as its various satellite facilities throughout Lane County. The selected vendor will be required to provide a comprehensive solution that includes access points, controllers, and network management software. The college is open to alternative hardware systems that provide a competitive, comprehensive, long-term solution. The project timeline includes implementation planning and systems integration, installation and wired network improvements, and project completion by December 2026.
