IBM AIX v7 Software & Support

The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services is seeking to purchase IBM AIX v7 licensing software and subscription for a period of one year, from 12/01/2025 to 11/30/2026. The contract is limited to master contractors who are awarded a contract under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012). The scope of work includes the purchase of IBM AIX v7 software and support, with the option to purchase more or less than the specified quantity. The evaluation criteria will be based on the low bid, and the award will be made to a responsive and responsible master contractor that provides the most advantageous offer. • The contract is for a small business reserve procurement, and only certified small business vendors are eligible to apply. • The proposal must be submitted electronically through the State's eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) e-Procurement system. • The master contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. • The contract has a term of one year, with the option to purchase more or less than the specified quantity.
