Statewide New, Model Year 2026 or Newer, Sport Utility Vehicles and Trucks; Alternative Fuel Vehicles (SUVs)

The State of Ohio is seeking bids for new, model year 2026 or newer, sport utility vehicles and trucks; alternative fuel vehicles (SUVs). The vehicles will be used by state agencies in the operation of state government. The specifications require the latest current model, complete with all standard equipment, unless otherwise specified. The bidder is to complete the "Bidder Response" column in the table(s) below for the vehicle(s) they are bidding. The bidder must also attach the completed form to the Questionnaire under the subsection for IDENTIFICATION, UNSPECIFIED OPTION PRICE, & DELIVERY. Some key points to consider are: • The State may permit updates to model year and model year pricing for the same make/model upon manufacturer build out of the awarded model year • All current mandatory Department of Transportation safety requirements are to be furnished, including seat belts and shoulder harness • The bidder must provide information on the make, model, model year, and model number of the vehicle, as well as the standard rear axle ratio, alternative fuel type, fuel capacity, and other specifications • The bidder must also provide an unspecified option price percentage, not to exceed 3% • The delivery time is to be specified in days after receipt of order
