Description
The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is seeking bids for as-needed electrical maintenance, repair, and installation services at the WSDOT Materials Lab Facility. The services include outlet, switch, and lighting modifications, electrical capacity additions, and support for lab equipment installation or removal. The contract term is two years from award of the contract, commencing November 18, 2025, and expiring November 17, 2027, with an option to extend for another two years. The estimated initial contract value is $50,000.
• The bidder must provide all information requested in the bid submittals.
• The bidder must submit complete bids, including all required submittals.
• The bidder must identify and include all cost elements in their pricing.
• The bidder must submit bids electronically via email to the Procurement Coordinator.
• The bidder must not have any unauthorized contact with other state employees involved with the RFQ.
