Description
The City of Asheville is seeking a qualified vendor to provide daily cleaning and disinfection services for its Employee Health Services Clinic. The work must meet CDC and EPA standards for healthcare environments and be performed overnight on weekdays. The contract will likely run for the fiscal year, beginning May 1, 2026, with monthly lump‑sum billing.
• Comprehensive daily cleaning of clinical exam rooms, treatment areas, offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
