The Alabama Department of Human Resources (DHR) is seeking qualified HVAC contractors to perform a one‑time preventive‑maintenance (PM) visit at every DHR county office across the state, covering the period July 1 – September 30 2026. The contract includes minor repair work discovered during the PM, mandatory water‑treatment testing for 11 water‑based systems, and extensive documentation requirements (inspection forms, signed reports, photos, filter labeling). Vendors must hold current Alabama HVAC, refrigeration, and gas‑fitter licenses, as well as EPA‑608 universal certification, and must be able to dispatch technicians to each site within the specified appointment windows.
• Scope: Single comprehensive PM per location, minor repairs, and water‑treatment reporting for 11 counties.
