Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) is seeking expressions of interest for approximately 21,000 square feet of clinical space in Idaho Falls, ID. The space must be located within a specific delineated area and must include 100 parking spaces. The DVA is looking for potential offerors who can provide a lease contract, including design and construction of the facility, for a term of up to 20 years. The project requires compliance with various federal and local government requirements, including fire safety, physical security, accessibility, and sustainability standards.

• The space must be located on a contiguous ground floor single floor
• Bifurcated sites, inclusive of parking, are not permissible
• The space must be zoned for VA’s intended use or proof that it can be zoned by the time initial offers are due
• Loading dock or loading area is required
• Structured parking under the space is not permissible
• The space must be compatible for VA’s intended use
