(RFP) 26-23, On-Call Data Center Technical Advisory Services

Henry County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide professional on-call technical advisory services to support the County during zoning, development agreement negotiations, site plan review, and technical evaluation of data center proposals. The Consultant will provide expertise in data center design, noise analysis, power infrastructure, cooling systems, energy efficiency, sustainability, water usage, battery systems, emergency planning, and independent review of applicant-submitted technical documents. The scope of work includes providing technical review and advisory services, development agreement support, site evaluation and compatibility analysis, public hearing and staff support, and training and ongoing advisory support. The contract term will be determined after the review and evaluation of the Time Line Schedules submitted by the successful Consultant. • The Consultant will provide expertise in data center design, noise analysis, power infrastructure, cooling systems, energy efficiency, sustainability, water usage, battery systems, emergency planning, and independent review of applicant-submitted technical documents. • The scope of work includes providing technical review and advisory services, development agreement support, site evaluation and compatibility analysis, public hearing and staff support, and training and ongoing advisory support. • The contract term will be determined after the review and evaluation of the Time Line Schedules submitted by the successful Consultant. • The County desires delivery of the product(s) or service(s) as specified at the earliest possible time after the date of award. • The County reserves the right to reject or accept any or all proposals, whole or any parts hereof, by item or group of items, by section or geographic area, or make multiple awards and be the final approval of proposal(s) selection which would be the most advantageous to the County with price and other factors considered.
