Description
The Alabama ABC Board is seeking a supplier to provide lawn maintenance and grounds keeping services for their Central Office. The services include lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing, as well as flower bed and shrub maintenance, weed control, and trimming. The supplier must have the necessary equipment, personnel, and experience to perform the required services and must hold all applicable Alabama licenses and permits. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026.
• The supplier must provide a copy of a valid Alabama business license and OTPS Commercial Applicator certification.
• The supplier must use OTPS-certified commercial applications and include their Permit/License Number on all treatments.
• The supplier must ensure timely service response according to schedule and maintain all work areas neat and free of litter or debris.
• The supplier must perform special visits requested by the agency at no additional charge.
