Description
Bristol Community College is seeking a qualified and experienced consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive technical and process diagnostic of the college's Slate platform. The selected firm will provide a full-system evaluation, including technical analysis and strategic enrollment expertise, and deliver a post-diagnostic cross-functional workshop to guide institutional decision-making. The firm should have deep, demonstrable experience in the Slate platform and be able to maximize an eight-week diagnostic window with minimal onboarding time.
Key aspects of the project include:
• Comprehensive technical analysis of integrations, automations, communications, workflows, permissions, reporting structures, and governance
• Evaluation of active forms, events, and scheduler configurations
• Technical review of communications, including campaigns, content blocks, and transactional emails
• Assessment of active rules for optimization and improved processing performance
• Deep analysis of period/round structure, application management, and applicant status page configuration
• Review of materials and checklist configuration for opportunities for consolidation, automation, and improved governance
The college is looking for a firm that can provide targeted and realistic recommendations, deliver an efficient engagement with minimal stakeholder burden, and ensure alignment between Slate, Banner, and related systems.
