Description
The State of Iowa is seeking bids from qualified providers to provide various landscaping services in the Des Moines Metro area. The goal is to maintain an attractive and weed-free appearance in landscaped areas. The services include site prep, planting, mulching, weeding, edging, and cleanup. The contract term will begin on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027, with the option for up to five annual extensions. The contract will be available to all State Agencies.
• The contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for landscaping goods and services.
• The Bidder shall furnish labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals for task orders issued under this Agreement.
• Individual task orders will define specific work locations, drawings (if any), quantities, schedules, and deliverables.
• The State reserves the right to award multiple contracts following this Request for Bids.
