Colby Community College is seeking a single, fully‑equipped 44‑passenger (or larger) diesel‑powered bus to support its transportation needs. The vendor must deliver a bus that meets detailed technical specifications—including rear A/C, dual alternators, automatic transmission, air‑suspension, extensive seating amenities, and FMVSS 227 safety compliance—by June 30 2026. Proposals must include manufacturer details, MSRP, discount, warranty, insurance proof, and any subcontractor information, with all pricing tax‑exempt.
• Provide one new 44‑passenger (or larger) bus meeting extensive mechanical, electrical, and interior specifications.
• Submit a sealed, tax‑exempt proposal by October 10, 2025 (12:00 p.m. CDT) via hand‑delivery or email.
