The United States Department of Agriculture – Agricultural Research Service (USDA‑ARS) in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking quotations from small businesses for hazardous waste disposal services at its five research units. The solicitation is a total small‑business set‑aside RFQ (NAICS 562112) for a firm‑fixed‑price Indefinite Delivery‑Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Individual task orders will be issued as waste removal needs arise. The contract’s base period runs from 30 Sep 2026 to 29 Sep 2027 with four one‑year option extensions through 29 Sep 2031, totaling a five‑year performance window.
