The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS) is seeking a contractor to provide transitional housing services for homeless and at‑risk veterans. The contract will support a 30‑bed “Low Demand Safe Haven” (SPA 5) that offers short‑term, stable housing while veterans complete eligibility verification through the SQUARES 2.0 system and connect to health and homeless services. The provider must manage intake, housing placement, case management, and coordination with VA programs such as SSVF, GPD, and CERS. • Provide safe, staffed housing for up to 30 veterans. • Conduct eligibility verification via SQUARES 2.0. • Deliver case management, counseling, and referrals to VA health and benefit services. • Maintain compliance with VA reporting and data‑use agreements. • Ensure all services meet VA standards for homeless veteran programs.
