Laboratory Services for Primary Health Care

The City of Cincinnati Health Department is seeking a qualified laboratory services provider to support its Primary Health Care program. The contract will cover both point‑of‑care testing performed at multiple city health‑center locations and a full suite of laboratory‑based testing performed at the vendor’s own CLIA‑certified facilities. The vendor must also price ancillary services such as drawing fees and routine venipuncture. • Provide unit prices for approximately 90 CPT‑coded assays—including chemistry panels, hematology, microbiology, virology, molecular diagnostics, and toxicology. • Deliver point‑of‑care testing (urinalysis, pregnancy, glucose, CoaguChek, FOBT, A1C, rapid flu, etc.) at each health‑center site where a phlebotomist is present. • Supply drawing and venipuncture fees and ensure compliance with all City procurement, certification, and insurance requirements.
