Description
The Rhode Island Lottery is seeking bids for KENO COASTERS. The required quantity is 600,000 coasters, with a size of 4” x 4” square and slightly rounded corners. The coasters should be printed with 1 color (Reflex Blue) on both sides, with different art on each side. The stock should be medium weight pulp board, approximately 1.4mm (60 point) thick.
The key requirements of this bid include:
• Providing a sample coaster with the bid proposal
• Including shipping and handling costs in the bid price
• Delivering the product in-house on or before March 20, 2026
• Providing electronic artwork proof within 5 days of receipt of the award letter
• Providing an EPSON proof of artwork before production
• Registering as a state vendor on the state purchasing website
• Complying with the State of Rhode Island’s MBE/WBE/DisBE/VBE Programs, if applicable
