Description
The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide full‑service janitorial cleaning for its Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD) laboratory in Jackson, TN for a three‑year term. Services include daily/weekly dusting, wet cleaning, restroom replenishment, quarterly floor buffing, and occasional deep‑cleaning, all performed during evening hours (4:30 PM‑11:00 PM CST) and excluding legal holidays. The contractor must supply all cleaning chemicals and equipment, manage key/badge access, and comply with OSHA, bio‑hazard, and state procurement requirements.
• 3‑year contract (36 months) with monthly pricing for each year.
• Work performed on‑site at 40 US Hwy 412 E, Jackson, TN 38305, approx. 7,000 sq ft laboratory.
• Required certifications: Tennessee contractor’s license, insurance (WC, GL, Auto), tax registration, and various state attestations (Iran divestment, foreign‑adversary, non‑discrimination, etc.).
