Description
The Tennessee Higher Education Commission (THEC) seeks a vendor to design, develop, implement, and maintain a statewide web‑based articulation and transfer system. The platform must aggregate and display articulation agreements, credit‑transfer pathways, and prior‑learning credit options for students across all public colleges and universities in Tennessee, while integrating with existing SIS/ERP systems and providing robust reporting, training, and support.
• System design & development of a unified portal that supports credit mapping, degree‑plan generation, and student self‑service.
• Data integration with institutional systems (Banner, PeopleSoft, Jenzabar, etc.) and quarterly data refreshes, ensuring FERPA, ADA, and state security compliance.
• Ongoing hosting, licensing, maintenance, help‑desk support, and annual training for THEC administrators and end‑users, with a 60‑month contract term.
