Description
The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development is soliciting proposals for the renewal of existing Xerox DocuShare software licenses and manufacturer maintenance and support. The procurement is limited to commercially available, off-the-shelf software and does not include implementation, migration, customization, training, or professional services. The successful contractor will be required to ensure that all licenses provided are compatible with the manufacturer's current supported release (Version 8.0) and upgrade the system to DocuShare Version 8.0 within 60 days of the contract award date.
• The procurement is a Small Business Reserve (SBR) procurement.
• The award will be made to the responsible and responsive Offeror whose proposal is determined to be most advantageous to the State, considering technical merit and price.
• Proposals including implementation, migration, customization, training, or professional services will be deemed non-responsive.
• Vendors must be authorized Xerox resellers under the COTS 2012 Master Contract.
