Description
Union County is requesting proposals from qualified fire/rescue apparatus manufacturers for a rescue/quick attack fire apparatus. The contract will be awarded to the proposal that is in the best interest of Union County. The proposal should include a transmittal letter, completed pricing proposal, qualifications information, bidder’s certification, and signed addendum (if any). The evaluation of proposals will be based on administrative review, mandatory requirements review, qualifications proposal evaluation, and financial proposal evaluation.
• The contract will be for the provision of a rescue/quick attack fire apparatus
• The proposal should include all required documents and information
• The evaluation of proposals will be based on various factors, including company background, financials, relevant work, warranties, service center and parts, delivery time, and pricing proposal
• The contract will be awarded to the proposal that is in the best interest of Union County
• The vendor will be responsible for the accuracy of the work performed and shall promptly correct its errors and omissions without additional compensation
