Hardaway HS Rear Entry Drive Upgrade

The Muscogee County School District is seeking a construction General Contractor as a Construction Manager for the Hardaway HS Rear Entry Drive Upgrade project. The project includes sitework construction, paving, retaining walls, and utilities work, as well as minor interior construction and ADA compliance work. The Construction Manager will provide cost estimating, constructability analysis, and scheduling services. The contract will be awarded based on factors including stability, experience, management plan, past performance, and fee. • The project is expected to be completed before June 30, 2027 • The contract will be awarded to one contractor under one contract • The contractor must have insurance coverage including workers' compensation, general liability, and automobile liability • The contractor must comply with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act of 2006
