Microsoft Academic M365 A5 Software

The National Defense University is seeking to procure Microsoft 365 A5 software licenses for academic use by faculty, staff, and students. The software licenses will provide access to Microsoft Office suite of applications, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and OneNote. The contractor will be required to deliver the software licenses and ensure they are available for use for 12 months. The university is looking for a vendor that can provide the software licenses at a competitive price. • The software licenses must be brand new and unused. • The contractor must be an authorized reseller of Microsoft products. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to accessibility and cybersecurity. • The contractor must provide a written plan for continuing essential contractor services during periods of crisis.
