The Health & Human Services Commission (HHSC) is issuing an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to establish one or more contracts for as‑needed locksmith services and the installation of security‑grade doors, frames, and related hardware (handles, push bars, closers, etc.) at the El Paso State Supported Living Center (EPSSLC). The work is performed on an as‑needed basis, with a maximum contract value of $105,000. Bidders must attend at least one mandatory on‑site visit to review the requirements and walk the facility. All questions must be submitted by October 8, 2026; responses will be posted by October 12, 2026. Final bids are due October 20, 2026 at 10:30 AM (Central Time) via email to [email protected] or through the HHS Online Bid Room. The contract will start “Upon Award” and will remain in effect for the duration needed to fulfill the as‑needed services.
