26-09 Returned Check Collection Services

The Montgomery County Public Schools is seeking a vendor to handle all aspects of returned check collection for the school division. The contractor will be responsible for collecting returned checks, promptly reimbursing the school for those checks, and providing support for the initial implementation of the collection process. Additionally, the vendor will create and distribute publicity materials and notices at points of sale to inform stakeholders of the new procedure. • Collect and process returned checks on behalf of the school division. • Pay the school for each returned check in a timely manner. • Assist with rollout, including creation of implementation guides and publicity notices. • Provide ongoing support and reporting for the collection program.
