Highway: Prequalification of Construction Contractors

The City of Manchester, Department of Public Works, is seeking prequalification of construction contractors for highway construction projects. The prequalification process includes two options: one for contractors prequalified by the New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) and another for all other contractors. Prequalified contractors will be eligible to bid on project-specific contracts.
