Description
The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is seeking bids for overhead/rolling door maintenance and repair services. The contract will be for a term period, and the selected bidder will be required to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the services. The bidder must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those related to labor, safety, and environmental protection. The bidder must also provide a certification that they have implemented a drug-free workplace program and comply with the requirements of the Palm Beach County Local Preference Ordinance.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
• The bidder must submit a completed Bid Response Form, Schedule 1, and Schedule 2.
• The bidder must provide a certification of business location and a copy of their County Business Tax Receipt.
• The bidder must comply with the requirements of the Equal Business Opportunity (EBO) Program.
