Description
The State Lands Commission is seeking a qualified Small‑Business or Micro‑Business contractor to provide full‑service cleaning and janitorial maintenance for its Huntington Beach Field Office (1700 Pacific Coast Hwy, 3,780 sq ft). The work includes routine bi‑weekly cleaning, trash removal, bathroom/kitchen sanitation, floor‑only laboratory cleaning, and 18 interior/exterior window cleanings over a three‑year contract period. The contractor must supply all labor, supplies, equipment, and incidentals, comply with strict confidentiality, IP, accessibility, and data‑privacy clauses, and maintain $1 M liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage. Bids must be submitted by July 10 2026, and the award will go to a responsive and responsible bidder.
