Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide furniture for the Mental Health Project Lighthouse at the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, and furniture to support the additional items necessary to complete the installation of the Mental Residential Bed Room furniture. The furniture includes beds, nightstands, mattresses, and other items. The contractor shall also provide technical assistance, development, measuring of existing space, and generation of final specifications. The project requires a site visit to field measure and verify that the furniture fits in the proposed locations.
• The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, and furniture to support the installation of the Mental Residential Bed Room furniture
• The contractor shall provide technical assistance, development, measuring of existing space, and generation of final specifications
• The contractor shall participate in a kickoff meeting within ten (10) days of task order issuance
• The contractor shall provide maintenance manuals for all products specified
• The contractor shall store furniture for up to 90 days for free
