Estep Bridge over Doe River (Holly Hill Road)

The Carter County Government is seeking proposals for the repair of the Estep Bridge over the Doe River, located on Holly Hill Road. The project involves repairing or replacing the corrugated metal deck, repairing or replacing the asphalt wearing surface, cleaning and painting all structural steel, and providing stable bearing for the beams. The contractor will be required to notify the Carter County Highway Department and all necessary emergency agencies within 24 hours of starting work and provide all permitting, signage, road closure notices, and traffic control.
