Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10 (NCO 10) is seeking to purchase various gallons and half-pints of milk and chocolate milk for the Dayton VA Medical Center. The contract will have a base period and four option periods, each with a duration of one year. The contractor will be required to deliver the products to the Dayton VA Medical Center, 4100 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45428. The products must meet certain quality and safety standards, and the contractor must have a quality monitoring program in place.
