Multifunction Device and Print Support Services

Mid Michigan College is seeking a vendor to provide multifunction device and print support services. The college plans to upgrade and consolidate its fleet of multi-function printers and laser printers at both locations. The vendor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive solution, including equipment, maintenance, and support. The contract will have a 5-year lease term with an option to renew yearly after the initial 5-year period. The vendor will be expected to provide seamless operations, maximum uptime, and flexibility to meet the changing needs of the college. • The college has a total of 26 black and white MFPs, 13 color MFPs, 61 black and white laser printers, and 5 color laser printers. • The vendor will be responsible for providing a cost per click basis for equipment, service, and supplies. • The vendor will be expected to provide training and support to the college's staff and students. • The vendor will be responsible for disposing of used toner cartridges and other parts in compliance with state and federal laws. • The vendor will be expected to provide a single point of contact for each vendor involved in this agreement.
