Gerrity Park Engineering and Design Services

The City of Scranton is seeking a firm to provide engineering and design services for Gerrity Park. The scope of work includes performing a detailed topographic survey, developing base mapping, and providing associated engineering and design services for park improvements, including mobilization and site demolition, erosion and sedimentation controls, ADA poured-in-place playground surfacing, and concrete walking paths. The selected firm will also be responsible for preparing design documents, construction supervision, and oversight to ensure compliance with plans and specifications. Some key requirements for the proposal include: • A statement of services rendered • A management summary • An action plan • Experience and qualifications • Cost and price information • Bonds, including a 10% bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond • Insurance coverage, including professional liability, comprehensive general liability, and workers' compensation • Affidavits, including an affirmative action certificate, certificate of non-segregated facilities, and non-collusion affidavit
