The Henrico County Government is seeking a qualified supplier to provide an annual service contract for the replacement of small water meters (5/8” and 1”) throughout the county as needed. The contractor will furnish, deliver, and install new meters, handling all logistics and coordination with the County’s Department of Public Utilities. This is a non‑technology, non‑professional services contract focused on essential water‑infrastructure maintenance. • Replace existing small water meters across Henrico County on a as‑needed basis. • Provide inside delivery of new meters and complete installation. • Annual contract with the possibility of renewal each year. • Work performed under the direction of the County’s Department of Public Utilities. • Must be a qualified supplier capable of handling county‑wide meter inventory and logistics.
