Coated and Uncoated Glass Samples

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is seeking to purchase coated and uncoated glass samples on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis. The required items include 7980 Standard Grade Fused Silica lenses and 7980 Infrared (IR) Grade Fused Silica lenses with specific dimensions, coatings, and surface roughness requirements. The Government intends to award a single purchase order to the eligible, responsible offeror whose quote is the lowest price technically acceptable. • The offeror must quote the required items in the required quantities and meet the Government’s minimum specifications. • The offeror must submit detailed specifications for each Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN) with its quote. • The Government will consider past performance information on the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). • The offeror must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. • The offeror must provide the CMMC unique identifier(s) (CMMC UIDs) issued by SPRS for each contractor information system that will process, store, or transmit Federal contract information (FCI) or controlled unclassified information (CUI) during performance of the contract.
