Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide service support for Hamilton G5/MR-1 Ventilators equipment and corresponding components located at the VA Medical Center in Dallas, TX. The contractor will be responsible for providing all required services, repair, PM, ES inspection, reporting, and parts for the Hamilton G5/MR-1 Ventilator’s software and equipment in accordance with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications. The contract will have a base year and one option year, with the period of performance starting on June 6, 2026, and ending on June 5, 2027, for the base year, and June 6, 2027, to June 7, 2028, for the option year. The contractor must provide a detailed field service report upon completion of work, and the report must contain specific information, including the type, model, and serial number of the equipment, total time spent performing maintenance, and a detailed narrative description of the services required.
