Fuel Polishing Service

The Norfolk Naval Shipyard is seeking a contractor to perform a one-time fuel polishing for 17 diesel generators. The contractor will be required to provide pictures of the fuel before and after the polishing for each generator. The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Naval Sea Systems Command installation rules and policies. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to perform the fuel polishing. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced offeror that receives an acceptable rating in technical capability.
