Description
The U.S. Embassy in Baghdad is seeking a contractor to provide housekeeping services, including cleaning, laundry, and waste removal. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option for renewal. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the services. The Embassy estimates that approximately 90 apartments will require cleaning services per month, with each cleaning occurrence covering the living room and bedroom areas. The contractor will also be responsible for providing laundry services, including washing, drying, and ironing of bedding and linens. The Embassy will provide storage space for the contractor's equipment and supplies. The contractor will be required to submit a transition plan within 10 days of contract award.
