The Department of Human Services is seeking a contractor to provide Miscellaneous Ambulance Services, including Advanced Life Support (ALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and non-emergent ambulance services for Warren State Hospital. The contractor will be required to provide these services for a period of 2 years. The services will be provided at the Warren State Hospital, located at 33 Main Dr, Warren, PA 16365. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all services are provided in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in the solicitation.
