Description
The State of Tennessee is seeking bids for the renovation of the Observation Deck at Panther Creek State Park. The project includes the removal of existing deck components, landscaping, metal railings, steps, and concrete walkway, and the installation of new concrete curbing, decking, railings, and a bench seat. The contractor will be responsible for determining the location of utilities on the job site and taking care to protect them from damage. The project must be completed within 60 days of the start date.
• The contractor must possess an active Tennessee Building Contractor license prior to submitting a bid.
• The contractor must provide a Certificate of Insurance on file with Facilities Management.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable regulations and codes.
• The contractor must perform work on regular time and shall invoice work time and material not to exceed the quoted price.
• The contractor shall be responsible for determining where all utilities are on the job site and care should be taken to protect the utilities from any damage caused by the demolition/construction.
