Intent to Sole Source Ohio-Class Improved Power Hatch Operator

The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) intends to award a sole-source firm fixed price contract to Proterial Cable America, Inc. for the Ohio-Class Improved Power Hatch Operator. The period of performance is estimated to be March 2026 to June 2026. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in a quote, but the government will determine if a solicitation will be issued based on the responses. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for the award. The key requirements for this project include: • Demonstrated capabilities to satisfy the requirements listed above • Technical background and experience to support the requirements • Ability to provide clear and convincing documentation of capabilities and experience • Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM)
