Armored Courier Services

The Williamson County Commissioners’ Court is seeking the submission of sealed responses for armored courier services. The successful respondent will be required to provide secure pickup, transportation of cash, checks, and general mail from the County Treasurer’s office, Tax office, and other designated departments to a designated bank or the bank’s “Vault”. The contract will require the respondent to post a payment bond and performance bond upon contract execution. The contract will be awarded based on the best value response as deemed by the Court. • The contract requires the provision of secure pickup, transportation, and delivery of cash, checks, and general mail. • The respondent must be able to provide services from the County Treasurer’s office, Tax office, and other designated departments to a designated bank or the bank’s “Vault”. • The contract will require the respondent to post a payment bond and performance bond upon contract execution. • The contract will be awarded based on the best value response as deemed by the Court.
