NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT: Guaranteed Energy, Water, and Wastewater Performance Savings Contracting Services - Smartflow Ecosystem

The City of North Miami Beach Water & Wastewater Department is seeking proposals for a comprehensive, end-to-end solution for the implementation of the SmartFlow Ecosystem, a fully automated, artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled utility management system. The scope of services includes system architecture, comprehensive smart flow dashboard and application, deep reinforcement learning integration, cybersecurity, guaranteed savings metrics, implementation timeline, budget and financial model, investment grade audit, and third-party certified auditor. The contract will be delivered as a performance-based contract with a twenty-year performance contract.
