Description
The West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways, District Nine is seeking a vendor to provide HVAC repair and maintenance services for various facilities. The contract will be for an open-end and continuing basis, with a total payment limit of $500,000. The vendor will be responsible for providing preventive and corrective maintenance, including parts and labor, and will be compensated on a seasonal and hourly basis. The vendor must have experience with HVAC equipment and be authorized by the manufacturer to perform repair and warranty work. The contract will include a pricing page with estimated labor hours and parts costs, and the vendor will be required to provide quarterly and annual reports.
