Snow and Ice Removal Services Requirement Supporting the Alleghany County Memorial U.S. Army Reserve Center in Cumberland, MD

The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is soliciting quotes for Snow and Ice Removal Services at the Alleghany County Memorial USARC in Cumberland, MD. The scope of this requirement is to provide a clean workplace free of snow and ice by providing all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide Snow Removal Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract will include one 12-month base year and four 12-month option years. * The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform snow and ice removal services. * The contractor will be required to mark all sidewalks and appurtenances before the start of the snow season. * The contractor will be required to provide a technical statement confirming their ability to meet all requirements of the PWS. * The Government will award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to the responsible small business whose quote is conforming to the solicitation and is determined to be the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.
