Description
The City of Newport News is issuing an RFQ for the purchase of a Veroflow‑branded Mobile Meter Testing System, eight residential meter testers, and related accessories (hoses, swivel adapters, fire‑hose elbows). The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Delivery must occur within 30 calendar days of order receipt, between 7 AM‑3 PM on weekdays, to the Waterworks Department at Lee Hall Maintenance and Operation Center. All pricing must be FOB destination, inclusive of freight, taxes, and surcharges, with a one‑year manufacturer warranty. No brand substitutions are allowed unless approved.
